Family-Owned Inserra Supermarkets Chain Known for Community Outreach, Superior Quality and Customer Service
WALLINGTON, N.J., July 13, 2016 – ShopRite of Wallington, an Inserra Supermarkets store, recently celebrated its first anniversary by hosting a Customer Appreciation Barbecue for Wallington and its surrounding community. With the help of many of its vendors, ShopRite of Wallington had “something for everyone” on the barbecue menu. The event also featured family-friendly activities, such as face painting by Josie’s and a meet-and-greet with members of the Wallington Fire Department with a fire truck and emergency squad vehicle. Members of the Inserra family and senior management of ShopRite of Wallington are pictured with the Wallington Fire Department.
Participating vendors included Bimbo Bakeries, Wise, Premio, Thumann’s, A&W, Lays, Monster Energy, Vita Coco, Pretzel Crisps, Samuel Adams, I Heart Keenwah, Kevita Sparking Probiotics and Bai. The Bimbo Bakeries tent and Wise food truck also gave out prizes to attendees of all ages.

Last summer, the family-owned chain opened ShopRite of Wallington, designing the modern, 60,000-square-foot store to meet the needs of the residents of the Borough of Wallington and neighboring areas.
