The commercial real estate firm’s Drew Maffey, Rick Marchisio and Will Ziegler represented the buyer, while Lori Zuck and Jeff Furey represented the seller; both entities are privately held real estate investor/developer firms.
Situated in the heart of Morris County with direct access to Route 46 and proximity to I-80 and Route 10, the site is located in Iron Mountain Industrial Park. Zoned for a wide range of uses – including warehousing, manufacturing, recreation and outside storage, among others – the property presented a rare investment opportunity in a desirable northern New Jersey submarket.
